Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing customers
Researching organizations and individuals online (especially on social media) to identify new leads and potential new markets
Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings
Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives on the driver side
Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events
Contacting clients to inform them about new developments in the company’s products
Developing quotes and proposals
Negotiating and renegotiating by phone, email, and in-person
Developing goals for the team and ensuring they are met
Getting feedback from drivers and applying them to our current and future relationships
Training vendors and helping team members develop their skills
Meet 100% of planned targets for Contracts.
Being in touch with vendors and making sure the number of complaints from drivers regarding these vendors is at minimum
Having a plan for selecting the vendors to cooperate with
Preparing reports regarding the performance of our current active contracts
Requirements:
Related education or experience in sales, marketing, or related fields
Excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills
Strong commercial awareness, and presentation
Ability to grow with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty
Analytical proficiency
Intermediate English skills
Proficient in Word and Excel
