شرح موقعیت شغلی


Responsibilities:


  • Identifying new vendors and opportunities
  • Pitching our services
  • Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing customers
  • Researching organizations and individuals online (especially on social media) to identify new leads and potential new markets
  • Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings
  • Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives on the driver side
  • Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events
  • Contacting clients to inform them about new developments in the company’s products
  • Developing quotes and proposals
  • Negotiating and renegotiating by phone, email, and in-person
  • Developing goals for the team and ensuring they are met
  • Getting feedback from drivers and applying them to our current and future relationships
  • Training vendors and helping team members develop their skills
  • Meet 100% of planned targets for Contracts.
  • Being in touch with vendors and making sure the number of complaints from drivers regarding these vendors is at minimum
  • Having a plan for selecting the vendors to cooperate with
  • Preparing reports regarding the performance of our current active contracts

Requirements:


  • Related education or experience in sales, marketing, or related fields
  • Excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong commercial awareness, and presentation
  • Ability to grow with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty
  • Analytical proficiency
  • Intermediate English skills
  • Proficient in Word and Excel
