About Snapp

Snapp is the pioneer provider of ride-hailing mobile solutions in Iran that connects smartphone owners in need of a ride to Snapp drivers who use their private cars offering transportation services. About the Role

Snapp Superapp consists of 9 snapp services. The growth heavily relies on marketing and CRM promotions to acquire new users and retain their existing users. This role functions at the forefront of personalized promotions; by making sure the right communications and offers are sent to the right users at the right time.


Responsibilities

  • run CRM and marketing promotions campaigns using communication panels
  • keep organized history of CRM and promotional campaigns
  • make users’ segments for CRM communications using dashboards, BI, or data querying
  • coordinate with stakeholders to obtain requirements for execution of CRM campaigns
  • manage time in a way that communications are sent according to their priorities
  • Analyze the campaign results and apply feedback for future improvements. 

Requirements

  • 1+ year experience in related field (paid or data-driven marketing, commercial, business analytics, etc )
  • Upper-Intermediate proficiency in English Language
  • At least bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, IT, Computer Engineering, business 
  • Attention to details
  • Agility in re-prioritizing and execution of tasks according to changes in circumstances
  • Being a team player in stressful situations
  • Being organized
  • Flexibility to work in off-hours
  • Comfortable with using formulas in large MS Excel files
  • Familiarity with basics of data querying in SQL and programming
  • Knowledge of programming languages like Python or R
  • Willingness to advance data querying and programming skills
  • Data visualization and business understanding are a plus
