Responsibilities

  • substantiate any product decisions by proving, or disproving, their validity with experimentation and measurable results
  • Lead and drive AI products within the context of broader product goals, strategy, and roadmap.
  • Incorporate data and research to inform product strategies and roadmaps.
  • Deliver statistical and machine learning models to solve business problems and derive actionable business insights
  • Derive metrics for model performance monitoring and conduct continuous model performance monitoring
  • Research on what’s new in the industry and new techniques 
  • Actively learning and seeking new approaches in order to keep the product on the edge of technology
  • Writing documentation and reports 
  • Leads and motivates a team of data scientists and engineers and other cross-functional representatives, and maintains team health.
Minimum qualifications:

  • BS/MS Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Operations Research, Economics or related areas
  • 1-2 years of experience in related fields (Product/Data Science/AI)
  • Experience working in an agile team, and creating, executing, and delivering product roadmaps.
  • Experience with machine learning and/or artificial intelligence.
  • Advanced knowledge of data analysis tools (such as SQL, Excel, Python, or R)
  • Ability to design meaningful metrics for products
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple complex projects with solid time management skills
  • Being an active learner who is eager to learn new things
  • Good Verbal and Written Communication Skills (English)
Preferred qualifications:

  • Knowledge of agile methodologies and respective tools, such as Jira, Confluence, etc.
  • Technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in Data Science/AI
  • Familiar with MLOps
