Snapp Cab is the pioneer provider of ride-hailing mobile solutions in Iran, Making people's lives easier by connecting passengers who need a ride to drivers offering transportation services. We are ambitious, passionate, engaged, and excited about pushing the boundaries of the transportation industry to new frontiers and be the first choice of almost everyone.

Responsibilities:

Work on Superapp projects at Snapp, Help the team to deliver products with global standards
Communicate effectively with key stakeholders on product features and act as the main point of contact for any inquiries.
Collaborate with the engineers and designers, and other colleagues sharing knowledge on product developments and issues, to discuss and implement effective solutions for the team.
Be familiar with the product development process from discovery and product documentation to delivery
Manage all aspects of in-life products, including customer feedback, requirements, and issues
Analyzing usage data, monitoring and measuring launched products, and feed insights back into the product development process.
Launching small features
Collecting user feedback

Requirements

6 months-3 years of experience in product management
Preference to Engineers, Computer Engineers, and MBAs
Data-driven and be able to rely on data in their decision-making process, be familiar with Key metrics of the business
Full understanding of software product life cycles for multi-stage long-term strategic initiatives for enterprise software or web-based products
A working understanding of emerging technology areas like mobile applications and social networks
Ability to work with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, business management, or customer care
Knowledge of design thinking methodologies to create outstanding user experiences with the help of UX or product designers
Experience of working in an agile environment
Fast learner, highly entrepreneurial with a good sense of judgment and original
Demonstrated analytical skills, including quantitative and qualitative analysis to drive deep insights
