Responsibilities
Responsible for developing and executing Loyalty Club for Cab and Box and development strategies
Work with the BD specialist in all over the country to manage the Loyalty Club vendors
Analyze Loyalty Club results and performance, reporting and providing new solutions to improve.
Monitor the related activities in competing companies in all cities.
Collaborate with other departments (Business Development, Operations etc.) to manage reputation, identify key players and coordinate actions
Manage team expenses to budget with a mindset to do more with less
Requirements
Knowledge of CRM and good understanding of major marketing channels and Loyalty club fundamentals
Strong negotiation skills
Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability
Strong organizational skills with an ability to multitask.
Able to take initiative, show a sense of urgency and willingness to learn.
Fluent English knowledge
