شرح موقعیت شغلی

We are seeking an Associate Product Manager who is passionate about marketing-related products and crafting meaningful customer experiences with the help of the team. Along with Product, Marketing, CRM, Design & Business teams, you will be able to deliver value to the customers. You will learn & grow in a professional environment, working on interesting issues happening pretty same as other world-class unicorns. Your main responsibilities will be:


  • Help with feature specification and prepare the roadmap
  • Follow up the implementation of tasks and ensure delivery
  • Speed up product delivery
  • Provide more meaningful impacts for features
  • Help with data analysis and impact
  • Improve data-driven feature suggestions in roadmaps



Requirements

  • Bachelor's/ Master's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, and Business
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with e.g. Design, Development, Marketing, and Sales teams.
  • Write and receive feedback on product requirement documents (PRDs)
  • Ability to design & monitor meaningful metrics for products
  • A product owner who ensures proper and on-time delivery
  • Knowledge of agile methodologies and respective tools, such as Jira, Confluence, etc.
  • Organize and communicate team status, progress, obstacles, and functional sequencing to the rest of the organization
Desirable:

  • Knowledge of Feature impact analysis
  • Knowledge of prioritizing features & tasks
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge and familiarity with Marketing & eCRM
  • Knowledge and familiarity with Analytics tools
