• Reducing vagueness of the product for the development team
• The ability to follow the scrum rules correctly so that we can meet the goal of each sprint
• Owning the roadmap items and deliver them on the due date
• Launch and expand the insurance-related products
• Making valuable communication between the tech team and the business
• Clarifying the team’s understanding of who your products serve
• Evaluating product progress at each iteration

• Bachelor’s degree in Science, IT, Industrial Engineering, MBA or equivalent experience
• Have strong experience in building and shipping applications or software
• Be familiar with agile methods
• Be great at communicating your ideas and design decisions
• Have strong analytical skills (AB testing, Analytics)
• Have the ability to take an idea from concept through to delivering something valuable to our users
• Have empathy for our end users, always be considering their needs against our business requirements
• Good English skills

• Familiar with Insurtech products
