Responsibilities
Assess training needs based on business needs
Design, plan and organize training programs for employees
Monitor, evaluate, or record training data or program effectiveness
Provide a variety of training techniques such as role-playing, simulations, team exercises, group discussions, videos, lectures or micro-learning.
Develop and maintain E-learning Systems
Select and assign instructors to conduct training.
Negotiate contracts with clients for desired training outcomes, fees, or expenses
Improving training procedures and process
Monitor training dashboards and KPIs
Analyze Training data and prepare required reports.
Requirements
Good Knowledge of MS Office (word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Good knowledge about training Processes and programs
English Language (writing and reading good)
Knowledge about Human resources processes
Active Learning
Good Communication Skills
Attention to detail
