As a UX Writer at Snapp, the candidate will shape product experiences by creating useful, meaningful text that helps users complete the task at hand. He or she will help shape the overall customer experience and be an integral part of the product and UX design team. He or she helps shape the vision for content and drive product narratives across multiple platforms. He or she collaborates with UX designers, product teams, and researchers to craft language systems across a variety of contexts, including UI components, editorial content, to help text. He or she designs scalable systems and structures to support large amounts of content. He or she anticipates customer needs based on their objectives and explores innovative solutions in a space where little precedence exists. He or she creates user-centered solutions by considering market segment analysis, customer feedback, UX metrics, and usability findings. He or she uses business requirements and customer research to assist in developing scenarios, use cases, and high-level requirements. He or she collaborates with UX design to quickly and iteratively create interaction flows, wireframes, and design mock-ups throughout the design process Responsibilities:
Help team to define UX Writing guidelines (CTE to 1.1x)
Run usability tests over certain microcopies. (RFM to 1.2x)
