•  Understand and apply fundamental principles, concepts and methods in critical areas of science and multidisciplinary fields. 
•  Demonstrate problem-solving, analytical and logical skills to provide solutions for scientific requirements.

•  Understand the importance and judicious use of technology for the sustainable growth of business 
•  Enhance research culture and uphold scientific integrity and objectivity. 
•  Engage in continuous reflective learning in the context of technological and scientific advancements
•  Sourcing missing data
•  Develop abstract thinking, problem analysis and design ability mindset as well as professional ethics

• Strong mathematical & numeracy skills
• Intermediate understanding of databases such as SQL servers 
• Expertise in reinforcement learning and/or deep learning
• Depth and breadth in knowledge. Excellent machine learning, statistical analysis and problem-solving skill
• Excellence in technical communication with both technical and non-technical audiences
• Knowledge of fundamental concepts in machine learning (ML)/deep learning for real world problems 
• Experience with data scripting languages (e.g., Python or SQL), statistical/mathematical software (e.g., Matlab), and General Algebraic Modeling Language (GAMS) to formulate complex optimization problems
• Superior data mining and big data analysis skills
