About Snapp Fintech

At Snapp Fintech, we are going to disrupt the financial industry in Iran and rebuild the concept of financial services for the digital world customers. We have the best talents in tech, product, and business areas and have been developing top-notch products.


Responsibilities

  • Set design requirements based on information from product managers, internal teams, and user research.
  • Identify new product improvement opportunities.
  • Analyze how a new product satisfies market needs and consumer preferences.
  • Stay up to date on current industry trends and market conditions.
  • Coordinate with other design team members to ensure consistent and accurate communication.
  • Modify and revise existing designs to meet changing customer preferences.
  • Work closely with product managers to suggest improvements for products and processes.
  • Ensure that the team always has an adequate amount of prior prepared tasks to work on
  • Provide an active role in mitigating impediments impacting successful team completion of Release/Sprint Goals
  • Participate in meetings with key-partner actively to communicate our product and team demands.
  • Keep abreast with Agile/Scrum best practices and new trends.

Requirements

  • +2 years of related experience
  • Having a great understanding and showcase of product thinking, storytelling, and Design Craft.
  • experienced in working with multi-disciplinary teams in iterative product development cycles.
  • A well-rounded design skills set (including product thinking, UX, UI)
  • Effective communicator when articulating their vision, strategy, and decisions of their design solutions
  • Experience working in e-commerce, payments, and fintech.
  • Experience working in Figma or Sketch in a team setting.
  • Be familiar with Agile methodology, Scrum, and Kanban.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt as the requirements grow and change.
