About Snapp

Snapp is the pioneer provider of ride-hailing mobile solutions in Iran that connects smartphone owners in need of a ride to Snapp drivers who use their private cars offering transportation services. what you will do

Translate analysis results into business recommendations
Monitor customer and competitor activity and industry trends
Carry out quantitative or qualitative research
Design specific research methods such as questionnaires
Utilize statistical software to manage and organize information monitoring the progress of research projects
Manage and organize information with statistical software conducting qualitative or quantitative surveys
Analyze and interpret data to identify patterns and solutions, including surveys and focus group transcripts
Remain fully informed on market trends, other parties researches and implement best practices

Requirements

Essential Qualifications

Excellent understanding of data analysis techniques and having an excellent scripting and programming skill in Python
Excellent knowledge of data generation and analysis tools especially Microsoft BI tools
Expert in Excel
Excellent knowledge in food and grocery delivery
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Have a strong sense of ownership
Commitment to learning and Teamwork skills
Excellent knowledge of statistical
Adequate knowledge of data collection methods ( polls, focus groups, surveys, etc. )
Strong analytical and critical thinking
