Responsibilities


  • Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the team.
  • Set direction for the implementation of the sales business plans and ensure their enforcement.
  • Identify potential organizations to use our services and build strong relationship with them.
  • Negotiate and finalize contracts with potential organizations as well as support them.
  • Keep close relationship with organizations to receive and validate any data as needed.
  • Create and manage internal and external activities to define process for our organizational customers.
  • Troubleshooting current team processes and procedures to identify opportunities for improvement, and
    implement them.
  • Close contact with our data, product, finance and sales teams for solve any problems.
  • Preparing analytical and forecasting weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports based on need.
  • Monitor team members’ performance, Coach, and provide ongoing and real-time feedback and suggest corrective actions and plans as needed to team members.
  • Monitoring the market and competitors constantly.
Requirements:


  • Strong Negotiation Skills
  • In-depth knowledge of selling strategies and methods
  • Effective communication and presentation skills
  • Well-experienced in B2B sales area
  • Problem distinguishing and solution providing
  • preferably at least 5 years of expertise in sales
  • Good knowledge and skills in organizational structure, processes
  • Exceptional software skills and knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and
    PowerPoint)
  • Leadership and team working skills
  • Flexible attitude
