Your Role
As a Sales Supervisor, you have to manage the on-spot acquisition team and analyse payment methods and incentives. Also, you are responsible for the east zone team. The sales team major task is driver acquisition through different channels.

Responsibilities
The sales Supervisor should be responsible to do below tasks:

Manage the team including Senior Sales Expert
Finding any possible fraud
Hiring and interview with SE
Create periodic reports
Achieve assigned acquisition targets
Traveling to designated spots and involve in operating activities outside the office

Qualifications

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Experienced with sales processes
Strong social skills (instructing others, negotiation, and persuasion)
Advanced Knowledge of Microsoft Office including PowerPoint, Word and Excel
َAbility to work both independently and as part of a team
Having the ability to multi-task, prioritize and successfully meet several deadlines at once while maintaining attention to detail.
Advanced reporting skills
Have an analytical mindset
Commitment to continues learning
English proficiency (Speaking & Writing)
