About the role
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented CRM Specialist to join our marketing department. The CRM Specialist will be responsible for assisting in the implementation of customer relationship management (CRM) strategies to help drive business growth and optimize marketing campaigns. The successful candidate will have a strong interest in working in the department of communication with customers and CRM, and be interested in working with a lot of data.
Responsibility
• Plan and Execute CRM Activities on time and with no errors
• Assist in the implementation of CRM strategies to improve customer acquisition, retention, and engagement.
• Help to clean and maintain the customer data to be accurate and complete and collaborate with other departments to check details.
