Responsibilities

Develop and execute a strategic plan to drive business growth, increase market share, and achieve targets.
Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with merchants to expand the company's network and enhance
merchants acquisition procedures.
Overseeing day-to-day operations to ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate, and efficient way.
Improve operational management systems, and processes based on best practices.
Monitor merchants’ performance, analyze key metrics, and make data-driven decisions.
collaborate in developing marketing strategies to create brand awareness, drive customer acquisition through targeted campaigns, and enhance brand loyalty..
Identifying new opportunities for growth, conducting market research, analyzing competitors, and developing strategies to expand the business.
Build and lead a high-performing team by setting clear goals, providing guidance and mentorship, fostering
collaboration, and promoting a positive work culture.

Requirements:

In-depth understanding of the BNPL market landscape
Strategic and analytical Thinking
Proficiency in data analysis
Proven ability to establish and nurture partnerships with key stakeholders
Excellent leadership skills
Effective communication skills
Ability to think creatively and develop innovative ideas
At least 5 years of managerial experience
Team Working
