We are looking for an HR Generalist to join our team and support our call center, fulfillment evidence and HR development functions. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening and hiring qualified candidates for call center roles, as well as providing administrative support to the HR department. You will also assist with employee relations, performance management, training and development, and other HR initiatives.


Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and conduct recruitment activities for call center and fulfillment evidence positions, such as posting job ads, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and extending offers.
  • Maintain and update employee records and databases in compliance with legal and company requirements.
  • Provide support and guidance to employees and managers on HR policies, procedures and best practices.
  • Identifies difficult job vacancies and investigates the best recruitment approach for them
  • Assist with employee onboarding, orientation, training and development programs.
  • Participate in performance appraisal and feedback processes, and provide coaching and counseling to employees as needed.
  • Support the implementation of HR projects and initiatives, such as employee engagement, recognition, wellness, diversity and inclusion, etc.
Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR Generalist or similar role
  • Knowledge of HR laws, regulations and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR software such as ATS.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
