Responsibilities
Daily bookkeeping, registration of all financial documents, invoices, purchasing etc
Petty cash and registration and bookkeeping
Prepare regular financial reports on weekly/monthly/quarterly basis
Responsible for maintaining the accounting records all aspects of routine accounting
Reconcile accounts with customers and suppliers
To ensure that documents are registered in the system on a daily basis
To Prepare and book all journal entries, payments, receipts and accordingly updating all ledgers
Assist Chief accountant in any other finance related issues
Requirements
Minimum Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related majors
At least 1-2 years experience in accounting
Knowledge of accounting standards, principles, and procedures
Pre-Intermediate proficiency in English Language
Detail-oriented and organized with team working skills Creative, active and multi-task
