Responsibilities

  • Process execution and improvement 
  • Performance monitoring and reporting
  • Process design and documentation
  • Collaborating with senior management and executive team on strategic planning and decision-making for local operations processes. 
  •  Meet 100% of planned targets. 
  • Being in touch with the department manager in order to update ongoing procedure time to time.
  • Making clear plans for team members arrangements and keeping the manager informed. 
Requirements

  • +3 years of experience in management and leadership of a team
  • Professional at Microsoft Office Excel
  • Familiarity with BI and PowerBI is plus 
  • Communication Skills 
  • Teamwork

  • Planning skills 
  • Coordination 
  • Highly Public relations 
  • Attention to details
