About Snapp

Snapp is the pioneer provider of ride-hailing mobile solutions in Iran that connects smartphone owners in need of a ride to drivers who use their private cars offering transportation services. We are ambitious, passionate, engaged, and excited about pushing the boundaries of the transportation industry to new frontiers and be the first choice of each user in Iran.

Responsibilities

The ability to collect, organize, interpret, and draw conclusions from data using mathematical and statistical methods.
The ability to ensure data accuracy and quality by identifying and correcting errors and inconsistencies.
Solving data-related challenges and issues using logical reasoning and creativity.
The ability to clearly and concisely present and explain data findings and insights using verbal, written, and visual methods.
Proficiency in using various applications and platforms that enable data extraction, manipulation, analysis, visualization, and reporting. Some common ones are SQL, Excel, Python, R, Tableau, etc.
Performing exploratory data analysis and hypothesis testing using statistical methods and tools
Creating reports and dashboards to visualize and communicate data findings and recommendations to internal and external stakeholders
Supporting data-driven decision-making across various business functions such as marketing, sales, operations, etc.

Requirements

Proficiency in using various applications and platforms that enable data extraction, manipulation, analysis, visualization, and reporting. same as SQL, Excel, Python, R, Tableau, etc.
Intermediate Python skills; complete knowledge of pandas,numpy and scipy libraries.
Average knowledge of ML and DS contexts(mainly focusing on descriptive analytics)
Pursuing a degree, a BA/MS in MBA, industrial engineering
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Commitment to learning
Have a strong sense of ownership
Excellent English knowledge (Understanding, Writing)
