Responsibilities
To utilize data science and statistical modeling to facilitate/improve better, more targeted, more efficient CRM campaigns across the group
To utilize data science and statistical modeling to facilitate/improve better, more targeted, more efficient CRM campaigns across the group
- Build DS models for customer profiling, user-based personalization, affinity selection, repurchase prediction, etc across the group
- Bring DS models into action by implementing these models on business use-cases
- Provide analytic support and impact assessment of the project
Requirements
- Proficiency in English
- Machine Learning
- Fluency in Python or R programming
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Proficiency in SQL
- Extremely organized at execution of tasks and keeping records
- Self-educator; taking extra steps to learn new tools
- Deep Learning
