Provide expert guidance and support to users, helping them navigate and troubleshoot any issues they may encounter.
Ensure a positive user experience and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Drive product adoption and usage, helping users get the most out of the platform and its features.
Build and maintain strong relationships with users, fostering loyalty and promoting retention.
Gather feedback and insights from users, helping to inform product development and improve the overall platform experience.
Increase average daily calls to customers
Increase reactivated users from the churn segment
Improve response-ability to answer customer issues.
