At Snappclub’s squad, we continuously improve our features to better address our end users' and internal stakeholders' demands.
Responsibilities
Define Club’s vision by owning and improving its roadmap based on research outcomes, business needs, data analysis and product trends
Organize and manage the product backlog by conducting proper discovery and creating detailed user stories
Define and track OKRs and success metrics for the deliverable items
Work closely with engineering, design, UX research, CRM and QA to execute product goals
Translate users needs to product requirements and deliver change
Manage complex cross-functional dependencies
Requirements- must have
2+ years of experience as a Product Manager in an agile environment
Experience working with Jira and Confluence
Strong communication and solid stakeholder management skills
Experience building a consumer-facing product/feature
Experience leading cross-functional teams
Detail-oriented with superior organizational skills -- balancing multiple projects, deadlines, and requests should be second nature to you
An eye for great UX/UI and good understanding of design best practices
superior organizational, time management and task prioritization skills
Upper intermediate English proficiency- especially writing
Ability to deal with ambiguity
An avid learner who can bring benefit the whole squad with his/her enthusiasm for learning
Requirements- good to have
Preference for Computer Engineers, Engineers, and MBA graduates
Experience building a loyalty program is a huge plus
