About the Role

As an Associate Product Manager, you will partner directly with the product managers and engineers to define new features and grow our products based on your understanding of user needs and will assist a cross-functional team to ensure our products are innovative and bring new possibilities to our users.

You will collect and analyze data, translate the insights drawn from the analysis and work with developers, stakeholders, and the design team to define new features or make improvements based on these insights.

Responsibilities

Define and execute the product roadmap, from concept and discovery to launch
Assist in discovering and defining customer impact metrics
Help with data analysis and impact analysis, and make data-driven decisions
Owning small products and helping with following up on the implementation of tasks and ensuring delivery
Writing detailed documents and user stories
Work with internal teams, including developers, designers, Q.A, and …
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitive products

Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer /IT Engineering /MBA or any equivalent fields
1-2 years of experience in a related field (Product Management)
Intermediate knowledge of data analysis tools (such as SQL, Excel, Python, or R)
Ability to design meaningful metrics for products
Ability to manage multiple complex projects with solid time management skills
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Passion for creating innovative and impactful products that solve real-world problems
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Product specification and user story development knowledge
Knowledge of prioritizing features
Knowledge of agile methodologies and respective tools, such as Jira, Confluence, etc.
Good verbal and written communication skills (English) is a must
