Snapp is the pioneer provider of ride-hailing mobile solutions in Iran that connects smartphone owners in need of a ride to drivers who use their private cars offering transportation services. Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the Drivers Club team to Create/Write content that helps achieve the best communication form.
- Responsible for creating, and publishing content on all social media platforms such as Telegram and etc.
- Interact with readers and audiences.
- Collaborate with other departments (customer support, social media, etc.) to manage reputation, identify key players, and coordinate actions.
- Reply Drivers Comments.
Requirements
- Proven working experience in content creation and edit
- Social Media, copywriting and writing skills
- Positive attitude, detail, and customer-oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability
- Innovation
- WordPress Skills is plus
