About the Design Team
You will join a solid team of +25 people, including Product Designers, User Researchers, and UX Writers with a high talent density who enjoy working in our fast-paced, hybrid environment. As a team, we're ambitious, passionate, and excited about spreading the transportation industry's boundaries and becoming everyone's first choice. Our goal is to maintain a friendly atmosphere and be enthusiastic about building the future of our customer experience.

About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated and creative Junior Product Designer to join our fast-paced and dynamic team. You will be responsible for working closely with cross-functional teams to create wireframes, user interfaces, and mockups and help bring our products to life. You will also have the opportunity to work with our senior designers to develop your skills and learn about industry best practices. You will always have a Product Design Lead alongside you to provide guidance and supervision, ensuring that you have the support you need to succeed in this role. We are seeking a candidate who is eager to learn, able to work well under pressure, and has a passion for design. Responsibilities

Create wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity prototypes to communicate design concepts and gather feedback from stakeholders.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and researchers, to ensure that our products meet the needs of our users and business goals.
Participate in design critiques and incorporate feedback from the design lead, other designers, and stakeholders.
Keeping up to date with industry best practices and staying informed about new design tools and technologies.
Participate in creating and maintaining design system elements, style guides, and other design deliverables.
Create and deliver presentations to stakeholders, including product managers, engineers, and UX writers, to communicate design concepts and gather feedback.
Helping to define and drive the design direction for the company, working closely with the design lead Competency.

Requirements

1-2 years of experience in product design. A bachelor's degree in design or a related field is a plus. Understand design processes and user-centered design principles.
Experience with design software such as Sketch, Figma, and Adobe Creative Suite.
Familiar with problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively and strategically.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, ability to work well with cross-functional teams.
Attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work.
A portfolio that showcases a range of product design works or case studies.
Experience in working with and contributing to design systems.
