شرح موقعیت شغلی

As the Data Analytics Team Coordinator in our Operations Team at Snapp, you will be the linchpin in ensuring the seamless flow of information and reports across the company. This role involves more coordination and communication than in-depth analysis. You'll be responsible for overseeing the creation and distribution of reports, coordinating with the sales team for their data needs, and ensuring that ad-hoc reporting requirements from management or sales teams are met efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate the preparation and dissemination of daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
Act as a liaison between the sales teams and the data analytics team to gather requirements and integrate their data needs.
Manage ad-hoc report requests from management or the sales team, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
Facilitate communication across departments to ensure data consistency and accuracy.
Prioritize and organize tasks effectively to meet deadlines and company objectives.
Enhance and streamline reporting and coordination processes within the team.

Requirements:

Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey information and coordinate effectively with various teams.
Experience in a coordination role, preferably in a data analytics or sales environment.
Basic knowledge of Excel and Google Sheets.
Familiarity with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker Studio, Pivot Chart, etc.) is a plus, but not critical.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

Qualifications:
• A degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience in a coordination role, with a focus on team collaboration and project management.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
