About the Position
The sales team's major task is driver acquisition through different channels. The sales manager is the head of the sales team and is responsible for the whole team's performance (west or east zone). He/She is also in charge of writing and developing KPIs. 

Responsibilities
The sales Supervisor should be responsible to do below tasks:

  • Manage the whole team including Sales Supervisors
  • Finding any possible fraud
  • Hiring and interview with SE
  • Holding feedback sessions
  • Create periodic reports
  • Achieve assigned acquisition targets
  • Involve in operating activities outside the office if needed
Requirements

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Superb leadership ability
  • Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office including PowerPoint, Word and Excel
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Results-oriented with strong analytical skills
  • Strong reporting and presentation skills
  • Committed to continuous learning
  • Advanced in English (Speaking & Writing)
