About Snapp
Snapp is the pioneer provider of ride-hailing mobile solutions in Iran that connects smartphone owners in need of a ride to Snapp drivers who use their private cars to offer transportation services. Responsibilities:

  • Prepare ad-hoc reports and apply ad-hoc changes in dashboards.
  • Choose the proper metrics for tracking and understanding current and future experiments.
  • Develop dashboards that provide reliable insights and visualization into performance relative to KPIs, projections, and historical performance.
  • Providing data analysis needed for operations decision making.
  • Translating analysis results into business recommendations.
  • Enhancing data collection procedures to include information that is relevant for building analytic systems.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in data analysis and analytical tools like Python, SQL, Excel, PowerBI.
  • Ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines.
  • 7/24 availability to handle any urgent issues or requests that may arise.
  • Excellent understanding of data analysis techniques and having an excellent scripting and programming skill in Python
  • Pursuing a degree, a BA/MS in Computer Science, Math, Statistics, or equivalent experience is preferable.
  • Having strong analytical skills
  • Proficiency in using query languages such as SQL
  • Excellent knowledge of data generation and analysis tools especially Microsoft BI tools
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills (Farsi & English)
  • Positive and proactive, can-and-will-do, team player attitude
