شرح موقعیت شغلی

The Operation Excellence Analyst is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing automation based solutions to enhance the efficiency of the operation department. This role involves collaborating with Operation Excellence Specialists to translate identified opportunities into actionable, scalable solutions that streamline processes, reduce .manual effort, and optimize performance across various divisions.

Outcomes

● Technical Implementation: Implement automation workflows, AI models, and other technical

solutions, ensuring they are integrated smoothly with existing systems and processes.

● Collaboration: Work closely with the Operation Excellence Analysts to understand the

specific needs and challenges of different departments, ensuring that solutions are tailored to

meet these requirements.

● Prototyping & Testing: Create prototypes and conduct rigorous testing of developed solutions to

ensure functionality, reliability, and scalability.

● Documentation: Document all stages of solution development, from initial design to

deployment, including code, workflows, and user guides.

● Support & Maintenance: Provide ongoing support and maintenance for deployed solutions,

troubleshooting issues, and making necessary updates or improvements.

● Technology Research: Stay updated on the latest advancements in automation, AI, and related

technologies, identifying new tools and techniques that could benefit the organization.

● Training & Knowledge Transfer: Train relevant staff on the use and benefits of new solutions,

ensuring a smooth transition and effective utilization of new tools and systems.

● Quality Assurance: Ensure all solutions meet the organization's standards for quality, security,

and compliance, conducting regular audits and assessments as needed.

● Performance Monitoring: Monitor the performance of deployed solutions, analyzing data to assess impact, efficiency gains, and potential areas for further improvement.
