شرح موقعیت شغلی

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into technical solutions within the Jira environment.
Assist end-users and teams in using Jira effectively, provide training, troubleshoot issues, and offer guidance on best practices.
Managing Jira instances, including creating and managing user accounts, groups, and permissions.
Implement Jira configurations to automate workflows and streamline processes.
Maintain and Customize Jira workflows, issue types, fields, screens, and notification schemes to align with the organization's project management and issue tracking requirements.
Integrate Jira with other Atlassian applications, to facilitate seamless data exchange and collaboration.
Ensure data integrity and accuracy within Jira, and monitor Jira's performance.
Define and manage security schemes, roles, and permissions in Jira to control access to projects and issues while maintaining data integrity.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather feedback and make improvements.
Maintain detailed documentation of Jira configurations, customizations, and best practices for the organization.
Mapping processes with BPMN2
Analyzing problems and improving current processes
Develop SOP and guideline for business processes and units
Identifying interfaces between processes with Information systems and organizational strategies
Designing and monitoring of performance indicators
Evaluating the trends in KPI’s to improve main indices
Providing efficiencies of units periodically
Providing the weekly and monthly reports
Identifying the trends in ops data
Improving the performance of operational units
Improving intra-organizational communications
Reducing operations department costs and other unit’s costs
