About the Role
As an Associate Product Manager in the Finance Vertical at Snapp, you will be at the forefront of transforming our financial services, focusing on enhancing the payment and transaction experience for both passengers and drivers. In this role, you'll collaborate directly with product managers and engineers, playing a critical part in defining and developing financial products and services that are not only reliable and intuitive but also ahead of the curve in terms of user experience and security.
Your responsibilities will encompass analyzing financial and customer data to extract meaningful insights, translating these insights into actionable improvements, and working closely with developers, stakeholders, and the design team to define and refine features. A significant part of your role will involve contributing to the enhancement of our fraud detection systems and managing financial discrepancies, wallets, financial services, and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial transactions.

Responsibility:

Define and execute the product roadmap, from concept to launch
Identify customer needs and market opportunities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and launch new products
Analyze and report on product performance, and make data-driven decisions
Use a highly analytical customer-centric mindset to build a compelling vision of the future
Speedup product delivery
Provide more meaningful impacts for features
Improve data-driven feature suggestions in roadmaps

Requirements

Data analysis Knowledge - SQL Query
Product Specification and User Story Development Knowledge
Knowledge of Feature impact analysis
Knowledge of prioritizing features
Ability to design meaningful metrics for products
A product owner who ensures proper and on-time delivery
Knowledge of agile methodologies and respective tools, such as Jira,Confluencee, etc.
Technical knowledge and understanding of how a tech system works
