Responsibilities:
As an HR Operations Specialist at Snapp, you will play a crucial role in supporting the HR department with various operational tasks. Your primary responsibilities will include:
Providing and archiving employee contracts
Managing employee records and ensuring data accuracy
Assisting with payroll processing and benefits administration
Handling employee inquiries and providing HR-related support
Managing documentation processes
Creating related reports
Monitoring employee exit processes
Job Requirements
Minimum of 12 months of experience in HR operations or related field
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office Suite
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
Bachelor's degree in related fields
Additionally, the ideal candidate should possess the following skills:
