About Snapp

Snapp is the pioneer provider of ride-hailing mobile solutions in Iran that connects smartphone owners in need of a ride to drivers who use their private cars offering transportation services. Responsibilities

Collaborate with Snapp group teams and communicate effectively
Design and conduct efficient and practical studies
Analyze data sets and present findings
Provide data-driven insights to Snapp groups
Perform market analysis to support groups' competitiveness and growth
Remaining fully informed on market trends, other parties researches and implement best practices
Enhancing trend and opportunity identification for our current services
Improving competitors’ tracking
Tailoring products and services to the target customers’ needs
Analyzing successes and failures of the recent ops and marketing actions
Optimizing marketing, ops and product development efforts
Expanding research on our market segments

Job requirements

Data collection skills: to develop surveys, questionnaires, …
Teamwork
Data analysis skills
Reporting skills
Marketing strategy skills
Communication skills
Critical thinking skills: to evaluate the results of surveys, conduct research on competitors and markets, and assess consumer preferences
Proficiency in English for report writing and presentation
Familiarity with Python
Relevant work experience and educational background can be advantageous.
