شرح موقعیت شغلی

At Snapp, the first and leading mobile and web-based ride-hailing platform in Iran, we are looking for a Senior Product Designer to be involved in every aspect of the product development process

:Responsibilities

Partner with the product team, acting as the owner of the product’s UX/UI strategy

Help cross-functional teams across the organization gain a shared understanding of problems and solutions for key initiatives

Produce design deliverables utilizing the Sketch app, Principle and Flinto or other prototyping tools

Support and influence product planning and prioritization

Be extremely familiar with user experience design, interface design and agile development environments and be able to turn complex use cases into intuitive and shippable product experiences

Establish design acceptance criteria for the product, and ensure that the implementation meets design standards

Mentor designers with less experience to improve their skillset

:Requirements

BS degree in Computer Science or relevant field

+4 years of professional experience as a UI/UX Designer, product design or similar role

Able to work well on an ego-free, highly collaborative team

A portfolio of work demonstrating a strong sense of modern visual design, command of typography, and understanding of design fundamentals (color theory, balance, etc

Strong experience generating ideas, brainstorming, and concept sketching

Experience with industry tools such as Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Invision, Zeplin

Solid organizational, time management, and prioritization skills

Fluent in English
