Job description
We're looking for an exceptional and data-oriented Data Analyst who should be passionate about data mining that results in business insights to improve the fleet experience. This position includes strategy, analysis, execution, and KPI supervision. As a central operations Data analyst, we are looking for a rock star individual to join our team to boost our fleet experience by leveraging financial insights, data science, and analytics. As a member of the team, you have the opportunity to work with the most energetic and challenging team which brings you daily passion to learn. Snapp is the pioneer provider of ride-hailing mobile solutions in Iran that connects smartphone owners in need of a ride to Snapp drivers. We are ambitious, engaged, and excited about pushing the boundaries of the transportation industry to new frontiers and be the first choice of each user in Iran.
Responsibilities
- Analysis and understand various resources to choose the proper metrics for tracking and understanding current and future experiments.
- Analyze, and interpret seasonal trends or patterns in complex data sets to reach the highest engagement rate.
- Developing data models segmentation, benchmarking, trending and competitive analysis.
- Develop dashboards that provide reliable insights and visualization into performance relative to KPIs, projections, and historical performance.
- Implement and analyze A/B or Multivariate Tests to provide actionable insights to the operations team on the test data.
- Recommend strategies and translating analysis results into business recommendations to improve fleet experience and engagement.
- Daily supervision on KPIs, OKRs, and fleet performance.
Requirements
- Pursuing a degree, a BA/MS in Computer Science, Math, Economics, Statistics, or equivalent experience is preferable.
- Excellent understanding of data analysis techniques and having excellent scripting and programming skills in Python.
- Good knowledge of machine learning libraries to design and execute smart models.
- Proficiency in using query languages such as SQL
- Familiar with MS products, Excel and PowerBI. Knowing VBA is a plus.
- Have a strong sense of ownership - Teamwork
