The goal team is to gradually achieve superior engagement and intimacy with Snapp Drivers, Drivers Club awareness, and making loyal drivers by strategically exploiting optimized roadmaps to acquire vendors and monitor their performance. We are looking for a driven executive to improve our suppliers’ performance and drivers’ satisfaction and loyalty.
Responsibility:
Work closely with the Drivers Club team to develop Contracts Monitoring that help to achieve Drivers Loyalty program goals. Develop, manage and track timelines for day-to-day delivery of work.
Ideation and planning to run various campaigns with third parties
Collecting data from Drivers Club Vendors by Communication with Business Development experts and senior experts in all cities
Analyze Drivers Club contract performance, reporting and providing new solutions to improve the vendors’ performance
Monitor the related activities in competing companies in all cities.
Conducting different surveys from drivers in different courses
Collaborate with other departments (Business Development, Operations, etc.) to manage reputation, identify key players, and coordinate actions
Requirements:
Mastering Office software especially Excel
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in the management-related fields(preferably)
Ability to communicate effectively with other teams
Knowledge of CRM and a good understanding of major marketing channels
Positive attitude, detail, and customer-oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability
Proven working experience in Business Development or Sales
English Fluency: Average
