About team

Ops Processes team is a growing unit in Snapp. We are looking for people to take the operations processes to the next level. By joining this team, you will get chance to create new business processes and improve the current processes in operations department giving you a good experience of processes of a ride-hailing company. This role will primarily support operations processes for all regions of Iran and will be based in Snapp’s HQ in Tehran.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage “Processes Identification” sessions with different units
Mapping business processes with BPMN2
Analyzing problems and Improving current processes
Develop SOP and guideline for business processes and units
Identify interfaces between processes with Information systems and organizational strategies
Design and monitoring of performance indicators
evaluating the trends in KPI’s to improve main indices
Providing efficiencies of units periodically
providing the weekly and monthly reports
Improving the performance of operational units
Improving intra-organizational communications
Reduce operations department costs
Automating Ops processes as much as possible

Job Requirement

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, MBA, Industrial Management, Information Technology Management
Business Analysis Skills
Understanding of ‌BPM and BPMN2
Familiarity with reference models such as APQC
Strategic Planning skills
Understanding of Balanced Scorecard (BSC)
Great computer skills
Excellent Communication & Interpersonal Skills
Flexible, motivated, and energetic.
BPMS Knowledge such as Bizagi Studio and Process maker is an advantage
