About the Role

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at SnappPay, you will be responsible for driving high-quality hiring in a fast-paced and growing environment. This role requires a strong data-driven mindset, continuous review of recruitment funnels, and the ability to identify bottlenecks and improve hiring processes.

We are looking for someone who understands recruitment KPIs, is comfortable working with tools such as Excel and Power BI, and can manage different hiring challenges with strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills. Your goal will be to help teams scale by delivering the right talent with both speed and quality.

Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment processes for assigned roles, from intake meetings to final offer stage
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team needs, and key competencies
  • Review recruitment funnels on a regular basis to identify bottlenecks, process gaps, and improvement opportunities
  • Analyze recruitment data, including time to hire, time to fill, funnel conversion rates, source effectiveness, rejection reasons, offer acceptance rate, and quality of hire indicators
  • Use data and recruitment insights to recommend changes and improve hiring performance
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future roles
  • Design and adapt sourcing strategies based on role complexity, market conditions, and hiring priorities
  • Evaluate candidates through structured interviews and consistent assessment criteria
  • Manage challenging recruitment cases and difficult-to-fill positions with a solution-oriented approach
  • Handle communication and alignment with demanding or detail-oriented hiring managers professionally and effectively
  • Provide tailored recruitment solutions based on the specific needs of each role, team, and hiring manager
  • Ensure recruitment trackers, reports, and process documentation are accurate and up to date
  • Maintain a strong focus on candidate experience, speed of execution, and hiring quality
  • Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to improve recruitment processes, tools, and best practices
  • Contribute to employer branding initiatives and recruitment-related projects when needed
Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Management, Business, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
  • Strong understanding of full-cycle recruitment processes
  • Solid knowledge of recruitment KPIs and funnel analysis
  • Strong data analysis skills and ability to turn data into actionable insights
  • Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets; familiarity with Power BI is a strong advantage
  • Ability to analyze recruitment performance, identify problems, and propose practical solutions
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, especially in working with demanding hiring managers
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to find customized solutions for different hiring challenges
  • Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering quality hires within a short time frame
  • Familiarity with different sourcing strategies and recruitment channels
  • Experience in start-up, tech, fintech, or fast-growing environments is a plus
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases is an advantage
