About the Role:

Enable business growth by acquiring high-value merchants and managing key accounts, ensuring their success through strong relationships, data-driven insights, and sustainable retention strategies.

Responsibilities:

  • Acquire at least 40 new high-value merchants per quarter within targeted categories.
  • Increase GMV of managed key accounts by a minimum 40% within the first 6 months.
  • Maintain merchant retention rate above 90% through proactive relationship management.
  • Deliver monthly performance reports with actionable insights for each key account.
Requirement:

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills to acquire and close new merchants.
  • Proven ability in relationship management and building trust with key accounts.
  • Communication and presentation skills to engage stakeholders effectively.
  • Analytical thinking to assess account performance and identify growth opportunities.
  • Problem-solving mindset with proactive issue resolution.
  • Teamwork and collaboration with cross-functional teams (marketing, ops, product).
  • High level of adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Customer-centric mindset with focus on merchant satisfaction and retention.
