About the role: In this role, you will be responsible for developing customer segments, mapping customer journeys, and executing personalized ECRM campaigns to enhance engagement and drive sales. You will use data, automation, and A/B testing to optimize customer interactions and improve overall campaign performance. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will also monitor key KPIs and turn insights into actionable strategies for continuous improvement.
Responsibility:
Develop and manage customer segments based on behavior, demographics, and preferences to tailor marketing efforts effectively.
Create and refine customer journey maps to guide campaigns and optimize customer interactions.
Employ personalization strategies, dynamic content, and product recommendations to elevate the customer experience.
Design and implement automated ECRM campaigns encompassing segmentation, personalization, and A/B testing to foster engagement and drive sales.
Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams to align ECRM initiatives with overarching marketing objectives and business goals.
Monitor and meticulously report on key performance indicators (KPIs), furnishing regular analysis and actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.
