About SnappBimeh:

SnapBimeh is an online platform for comparing and purchasing insurance, which began its operations in 2020. This service enables you to buy insurance for mobile phones, tablets, body and third-party for various types of vehicles.

With SnapBimeh's service, you can compare all the necessary information, including prices, insurance coverage levels, and details of the services provided by different insurance companies, allowing you to make informed purchase decisions.

About the role:

To take full ownership of the growth strategy and achieve aggressive market targets for Snapp! Bimeh by leading and mentoring a full-function team. This role exists to plan and build innovative data-driven performance frameworks, execute high-impact marketing campaigns, and drive effective stakeholder management to seamlessly clear dependencies and secure critical resources.

Responsibility:

  • Own the Growth Strategy: Act as the primary driver for Snapp! Bimeh's market growth to achieve aggressive goals. Plan, launch, and manage marketing campaigns, ensuring they directly deliver on growth targets.
  • Optimize Full-Funnel Performance Marketing: Scale transaction volume across key insurance product lines using innovative acquisition, retention, and retargeting funnels. Ensure high-performing, cost-effective growth by ruthlessly optimizing campaign and maintaining healthy unit economics.
  • Stakeholder Management: Maintain exceptional communication loops with internal and external teams (Product, Operations, and other Snapp! ventures) to clear dependencies, align on shared targets and successfully secure premium marketing placements and resources from them.
  • Deploy Data-Driven Frameworks: Establish robust tracking, attribution, and daily/weekly metric actions for the marketing funnel, moving from reactive execution to structured, data-first operations.
  • People Management & Team Scaling: Structure, manage, mentor, and upskill a direct, full-function marketing team, defining clear individual KPIs and establishing operational workflows to drive execution.
Job requirements:

  • Experience: 5+ years of experience Managing growth and marketing teams, with at least 3+ years of hands-on performance marketing experience (specifically within high-growth fintech marketplaces, transactional e-commerce, or tech platforms).
  • Growth & Campaign Leadership: Proven experience managing substantial marketing budgets and launching major, multi-channel campaigns that successfully drive both brand visibility and direct business growth.
  • Performance Marketing Mastery: Deep hands-on experience deploying and scaling large-scale budgets on Google Ads, ECRM, performance networks, and marketing automation tools (retargeting and retention frameworks).
  • Strategic Planning: Ability to look beyond daily execution to map out long-term growth channels and resource allocation plans.
  • People Management & Leadership: Proven ability to manage, mentor, and build operational structures.
  • Negotiation & Stakeholder Management: Exceptional communication skills to navigate complex organizational structures, align with Product and Operations teams, and secure resources from cross-venture partners.
  • Hands-on Execution & Ownership: Takes complete responsibility for targets and outcomes. Moves with high velocity, working directly alongside the team to build campaigns 
  • Resilience & Ambition: A self-motivated, competitive mindset that thrives under aggressive targets, treating roadblocks as problem-solving opportunities.
  • A background or foundational understanding of the insurance market is a strong plus.
