About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented Contracts and Registration Admin to join our Commercial team. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing, verifying, and maintaining contracts and registration documents to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policies and internal standards. You will play a key role in maintaining organized records, supporting operational efficiency, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth contract administration.
Responsibilities
- Review and verify contracts and registration documents to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policies and internal procedures.
- Maintain accurate, organized, and up-to-date contract and registration records.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies, missing information, or documentation issues by coordinating with relevant teams.
- Ensure contract documentation complies with internal requirements and applicable regulations.
- Prepare regular reports on contract status, document verification, and operational progress.
- Support onboarding and training of new team members on contract review and document management processes.
- Continuously improve documentation quality and contribute to efficient contract administration.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree is preferred.
- 1–2 years of experience in contract administration, document control, operations, sales support, or a similar administrative role.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify errors, inconsistencies, and missing information.
- Excellent organizational and document management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Good communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams.
- High level of integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel.
- Ability to work accurately in a fast-paced operational environment.
