Responsibilities:

Design, conduct, and report on various HR data projects, such as employee surveys, workforce planning, talent acquisition, performance management, employee engagement, diversity and inclusion, and retention.
Use statistical tools and methods, such as SQL, R, Python, Excel, Tableau, and Power BI, to collect, clean, analyze, and visualize HR data from various sources.
Identify and communicate key findings, trends, patterns, and insights from HR data, and translate them into actionable recommendations for HR
Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and presentations that summarize and communicate HR data results and implications in a clear, concise, and compelling way.
Ensure data quality, accuracy, and integrity, and comply with data privacy and security standards and regulations.

Requirements:

Bachelor's or master's degree in human resources, business administration, statistics, data science, or related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR analytics, data analysis, or related role.
Proficient in using various data tools and technologies, such as SQL, R, Python, Excel,Tableau, and Power BI, to manipulate, analyze, and visualize data.
Knowledgeable of HR processes, policies, and practices, and familiar with HR data sources
Able to communicate complex data and insights in a simple and understandable way, both verbally and in writing, to technical and non-technical audiences.
Detail-oriented, analytical, and problem-solving mindset, with a strong sense of curiosity and creativity.
