Responsibilities:
- Design, conduct, and report on various HR data projects, such as employee surveys, workforce planning, talent acquisition, performance management, employee engagement, diversity and inclusion, and retention.
- Use statistical tools and methods, such as SQL, R, Python, Excel, Tableau, and Power BI, to collect, clean, analyze, and visualize HR data from various sources.
- Identify and communicate key findings, trends, patterns, and insights from HR data, and translate them into actionable recommendations for HR
- Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and presentations that summarize and communicate HR data results and implications in a clear, concise, and compelling way.
- Ensure data quality, accuracy, and integrity, and comply with data privacy and security standards and regulations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in human resources, business administration, statistics, data science, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR analytics, data analysis, or related role.
- Proficient in using various data tools and technologies, such as SQL, R, Python, Excel,Tableau, and Power BI, to manipulate, analyze, and visualize data.
- Knowledgeable of HR processes, policies, and practices, and familiar with HR data sources
- Able to communicate complex data and insights in a simple and understandable way, both verbally and in writing, to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Detail-oriented, analytical, and problem-solving mindset, with a strong sense of curiosity and creativity.
