About the role:

We are looking for an experienced UX researcher to join our team

Revealing what our users need from our products by conducting research
Working with cross-functional teams and performing usability studies
Inspiring change, presenting your findings and recommendations, analyzing data, and helping the Product team to create better experiences for our users
Helping define and drive the future of our products by applying user research to inform design decisions

Responsibilities:

Conduct user needs research.
Conduct and evaluate quantitative and qualitative research.
Conduct usability evaluations.
Communicate research findings and recommendations.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and evaluate research topics.
Advocate for research findings to diverse audiences through written and oral presentations.
Ask questions, gather data, and analyze data.
Use a diverse set of UX research tools.

Requirements:

between 3- 5 years of UX research experience
Ability to quickly and effectively share research results
Ability to formulate specific, answerable, and practical questions
Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders and act as a strategic partner in product decisions
Self-motivated and autonomous
Experience with remote testing tools
A strong desire for creative problem-solving with a positive attitude
Excellent time-management skills
Experience working in e-commerce, payments, and fintech.
