As an e-commerce specialist, you will be responsible for managing and implementing activities related to the e-commerce page of the Snapp Pay application. Your duties will include developing and executing action plans, managing in-app content and designs, in line with the development plan of the e-commerce page. You will also be responsible for analyzing data related to customer behavior and purchasing patterns to inform future decisions about how to best market products or services online.
Responsibilities:
Managing and updating all e-commerce components, including sections, photos, pricing and content
Reviewing e-commerce analytics to determine which merchants or products are most popular or what factors may be influencing customer behavior
Develop merchandising plans based on customer insights, brand strategy, e-commerce goals and campaign objectives
Contribution to the development of marketing campaigns, such as seasonal sales or promotional events
Cooperation with the product managers and designers to improve and develop e-commerce
Conducting A/B testing to determine which version of different components or marketing campaign is most effective
Requirements:
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google sheet
Having knowledge of marketing terms and definitions
Familiarity with E-commerce optimization and google analytics
Ability to write SQL queries and familiarity with python is an advantage
Knowledge of data analysis and statistics
Excellent skill of time-management
Skills of problem-solving and effective communication
