Responsibilities:

  • Designing all the promotional materials needed by the company based on the guidelines and organizational rules .
  • Helping to increase the productivity and output of the design team.
  • Effective activity in ideation of online and offline graphic designs required by the company .
  • Maintaining creativity and scheduling management in all graphic designs.
  • Establish creative direction for the company as well as brand guidelines and visual standards.
  • Create and design various materials for print and digital collateral.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and perform them according to the required schedule .
  • Effective communication with the design team for ideation and implementation.
 

Requirements:

  • Familiar with visual identity.
  • Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, print, and the web.
  • Familiarity with Illustration and character design.
  • Full knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
  • Work with a wide range of media and use graphic design software.
  • Having work experience as a graphic designer and having a defensible output.
  • Excellent eye for detail.
  • Effective intra-organizational communication.
