Responsibilities:
Design, document, and optimize business processes using BPMN2 to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements
customize and implementation of solutions within Microsoft Dynamics CRM to align with business requirements, ensuring functionality alignment and user adoption
Continuously evaluate existing processes and workflows to identify opportunities for improvement, implementing changes that enhance efficiency and effectiveness
create and maintain detailed, clear, and up-to-date documentation for all processes, workflows, and CRM configurations, ensuring accessibility and compliance with organizational standards
Requirements:
Proficient in analyzing data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and develop effective strategies.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in Business analyst.
Expertise in BPMN2, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, and related tools for process analysis and implementation.
Precision in documenting workflows, requirements, and CRM configurations to ensure accuracy and completeness.
