About the Role
This role is focused on crafting innovative and impactful design solutions that align with strategic business objectives and enhance the user experience. Working closely with UX researchers, the position involves building upon research insights to drive the ideation and development of UI/UX solutions that deliver exceptional quality and create meaningful experiences for users. Collaboration with cross-functional teams ensures that design outcomes are seamlessly integrated into broader product strategies. Leveraging expertise in UI design, the role emphasizes creating visually compelling and highly functional interfaces while maintaining detail-oriented execution, creative problem-solving, and mastery of design tools. These efforts contribute to the overall success of key projects. Responsibilities:
Interface Design: Play a key role in redesigning features or products, delivering intuitive, functional, and visually compelling UI designs that align with business goals.
Collaboration with Researchers: Work with UX researchers to incorporate user insights into the design process, addressing pain points with data-driven solutions.
Feature Ideation: Contribute to ideation and development of features, creating impactful designs that support product adoption and strategic objectives.
Complex Design: Design and refine advanced UI/UX components, ensuring usability, consistency, and precision across the product.
Team Contribution: Share expertise, collaborate with teams, and foster alignment with product strategies.
Mentorship: Support mid-level and junior designers’ growth through guidance and knowledge sharing.
Talent Recruitment: Assist in hiring exceptional design talent to strengthen the team.
Requirements:
Strong portfolio with mobile-focused design examples.
Minimum 5 years of product design experience.
Expertise in layout, typography, color, and visual hierarchy.
In-depth knowledge of design practices, trends, and tools (e.g., Figma).
Ability to balance speed and quality effectively.
Provides clear design direction using Design Principles and frameworks.
Aligns design work with product vision and company objectives.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Creative problem-solving with a positive attitude.
Collaborates with UX researchers to validate and improve designs using data.
Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
Demonstrates high work ethic and professionalism.
Proactive and passionate about delivering impactful designs.
Familiarity with Agile methodology, Scrum, and Kanban.
