Responsibilities:

  • Conducting thorough assessments to identify the specific training needs of merchants.
  • Designing and developing effective training programs tailored to address identified needs.
  • Cooperation in Creating engaging and relevant educational content, including manuals, videos, and presentations.
  • Conducting training sessions through various mediums, ensuring effective communication and understanding.
  • Collecting feedback from merchants and stakeholders to continuously improve training programs.
  • Maintaining accurate records of training activities, attendance, and feedback.
  • Working closely with cross-functional teams to stay informed about platform and service updates and changes, ensuring training materials are up-to-date.
  • Maintaining accurate records and preparing required Reports.
 

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • Analytical mindset to assess training effectiveness and make improvements.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and PowerPoint.
  • Adept with a variety of multimedia training platforms and methods.
  • Excellent planning and time management skills.
  • Familiarity with financial technology (fintech) and payment systems.
